1. What Prevz is
Prevz is an iPhone app that helps you preview and plan an Instagram grid, prepare captions and build a year recap. It is a preparation tool. It does not publish, schedule or archive anything on Instagram for you.
2. No affiliation with Instagram or Meta
Prevz is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Apple Inc. Instagram, Meta, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and text you import. You confirm you have the rights needed to use them, and you are responsible for what you publish on Instagram. Prevz only processes your files locally to build previews and exports.
4. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple settings. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
5. Third-party services
Optional features rely on third parties: Instagram for the account connection, Apple for sign-in and purchases, and an AI provider for cloud-generated captions when you consent to it. Their own terms apply to their part of the service.
6. Availability and changes
Prevz is under active development. Features can change, and a preview that works today can behave differently after an Instagram update. We aim to describe limits honestly on the site and inside the app.
7. No warranty
Prevz is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It does not guarantee any result on Instagram — reach, engagement, growth or otherwise — and it cannot predict how a post will perform.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prevz is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including lost posts or lost engagement resulting from publishing decisions you made.
